Refund Policy

01No Payment Is Taken On This Website

Submitting an enquiry or an "Apply Now" form costs nothing. Strategy calls and ad account audits are free. There is nothing to refund at that stage.

This policy applies once you have engaged Clickbait and paid an invoice.

02No Refund Policy

All payments made to Clickbait are final and non-refundable. Because capacity on our team is reserved for your account from the moment an engagement begins, and proprietary strategy, creative and systems are delivered immediately, no refunds will be issued, including for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of participation or delayed approvals on your side
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal or internal business reasons
• Failure to achieve expected results

This is a business-to-business agreement, not a consumer purchase, and consumer cooling-off or withdrawal rights do not apply.

03Commitment Acknowledgment

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are committing to a structured, time-bound engagement.
• Results depend on your effort, your offer, and how quickly you implement.
• Access to our intellectual property begins immediately upon engagement.

04Advertising Spend

Media spend is paid by you directly to Meta, Google or the relevant platform. It never passes through us, so we cannot refund it. Refunds or credits for ad spend are handled by that platform under its own policies.

05Currency, Taxes and Transfer Charges

Invoices are payable in the currency stated on them. Bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, currency conversion losses and any local taxes or withholding are your responsibility and are not refundable by us. If a payment reaches us short of the invoiced amount because of such charges, the balance remains payable.

06Cancellation

You may cancel an ongoing engagement with the written notice period stated in your agreement. You are invoiced for the notice period and not beyond it. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.

07Exceptional Cases

Clickbait reserves sole discretion to review exceptional cases but is not obligated to provide refunds.

If we fail to deliver the agreed scope in a given period, tell us first. We will make it right with additional work at no charge.

08Chargebacks

Unauthorised payment disputes or chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to our services and your campaigns
• Permanent restriction from future services
• Recovery actions for unpaid fees, including collection costs
